Rooms assignments prior to this time are on an availability basis. During periods of high occupancy, rooms may not be available upon arrival. Rooms will be made available for check-in as soon as possible. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals.

Check Out: 11:00am

Guaranteed reservations: To confirm sleeping room within the Group Room Block, the reservation must be secured with a valid credit card provided by the guest attending the Event, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 10 days in advance of arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly or contact customer service.

No-Show Policy: There are no refunds for no-shows or early departures.

Smoke Free Policy: The Hotel is a smoke free hotel, including all public areas (not designated as a smoking area), meeting and banquet facilities , and guest rooms. To protect the smoke free environment, the Hotel will post a $250 cleaning fee to the account of any guest who smokes in a hotel room, or $500 cleaning fee for smoking in a hotel suite.
